Barker Street, Shrewsbury

Evaluation and excavation of a complex urban site, with medieval industrial and domestic features. Undertaken as mitigation for a development of student accommodation as part of a key strategic regeneration of the historic town centre.

Borras Quarry, Wrexham

Long-term monitoring, survey and excavation of a complex prehistoric landscape during large-scale gravel extraction. Significant Neolithic and Bronze Age finds and features, with minimal disruption for the client.


Knockin, Shropshire

A series of mitigation projects for a major regional housebuilder revealed new evidence for the development of the settlement, suggesting that the medieval planned town laid out around a castle was short-lived.
