Radnorshire Historic Settlements


The Clwyd-Powys Archaeological Trust originally compiled an assessment of the historic settlements of Radnorshire in 1994, on behalf of Cadw and the then Radnorshire District Council. It was one of several such assessments for the local authority areas of eastern Wales and ultimately ten reports were completed between 1992 and 1995, embracing all of CPAT's area.

By 2010 it was clear that that suvey was rapidly dating and so a new survey has been undertaken, with funding from Cadw, to attempt to update the original.
