Level area on the west bank of the canal. Structures on the wharf appear to have been demolished within the last decade. The green sandstone wall that marked the boundary of the property of the canal company extends south from Glascoed and is still evident on part of the wharf that has not been cleared and concreted (Frost, P, 1998).
