Row of 3 cottages, possibly beloning to Powys Castle Estate, which appear to the rear of "Grace Evans' Cottage" on map of 1863 conveyance papers for Red Bank Cottage. Informal, and unreported, observations during building work on their site in c. 1990 iundicate brick buildings and drains on site. Cottages had disappeared (from OS mapping) by 1885. Site now built over with domestic garage and drive for Grace Evans Cottage.
