Mid C18. Part of range with nos 41-3 and 45. 2 1/2 storeys. Brick. 2 sash windows, but on ground floor 3-light sash window with glazing bars and, on right, early C19 door of 6 reeded panels with diamond-barred overlight, fluted pilasters running into consoles and mutuled cornice (partly masked by recent boards). Modillion cornice.

Part of a terrace immediately above the town hall

Built as part of a longer terrace with Nos 41-42, and probably mid C18 in origin: Nos 41-42 were described as newly built in 1747.

Painted brick with slate roof. 2 storeyed with attic, 2-window range. Inserted shop front to group floor, and 2x12-pane sash windows above. Modillion eaves cornice.

Part of a group of C18 town houses, retaining some original detail.
