Probably early C19. 3 storeys. Ashlared Stucco. Symmetrical. 2 sashes with glazing bars. 3 pilasters (with capitals). Similar design to No 24 and shares moulded wooden eaves and coping. Modern shopfront.

The following is from Cadw's Listed Buildings database
In the block between the corner with Berriew Street and New Street.
Built c1820 as part of a larger development with No 24. Probably built as shop with accommodation over at the outset.
Lined-out render over brick, slate roof with gable end stacks. 3 storeys, 2-window range. Mid C20 shop front to ground floor, with recessed doorway set to right of centre. Upper storeys articulated by outer and central pilasters, and plain frieze band
below the moulded cornice. 12-pane sashes to first floor, 9-panes above.
A modest but well-detailed early C19 commercial building which forms part of a group at the centre of the town.
