PRN 26680 - Talerddig, Dolgoch Sawmill

Former mill with overshot wheel. Now a garage (Houghton-Browne, A 1977).

Saw mill, operated by a waterwheel and run by Arthur Davies of Dolgoch (of the famous millwrighting and engineering family) until 1958, contained a saw bench with circular saw, and a morticing tool (Barton, P G, 2003, pp40).
