Early C19 remodelling of earlier work. 2 storeys. Painted brick. Symmetrical. 2 sash windows with glazing bars. (Very large on upper storey). Central door, unusually enriched, of 5 panels, top 3 with re-entrant corners. Long consoles over panelled jambs. Mutuled hood. Eaves band. Modified fleur-de-lys finials to railings, larger on stanchions. Similar gate.

The following is from Cadw's Listed Buildings database

Immediately W of the access to Mount Close.

Largely the early C19 remodelling of an earlier building, with some later C19 modifications.

Painted brick with slate roof with red tiled cresting and gable end stacks; stone to rear wall. 2 storeys, 2-unit plan with central entrance: renewed doorway in reeded architrave with long console brackets to entablature hood. Flanking windows are 12-pane sashes to ground floor, and long 15-pane sashes to first floor. Plain eaves band.

Cast iron railings enclose a small forecourt: enriched fleur-de-lis finials to railings and principle posts, with similar gate.

A well-preserved example of an early C19 small town house.
