C1800. 4 storeys. Red brick (part-painted). 2 sash windows (with glazing bars on 2nd floor, which has sill-band). Doorway with grooved pilaster strips and cornice, in panelled recess nearly under left window. Ground floor window and through-passage on left recently altered in unmatching brick of lower quality.

Towards the top of the street, near its junction with Broad Street.

Probably built as a house c1800; the ground floor is now used as part of Pinewood Tavern (Nos 1-2 Broad Street). Brick, painted to ground and first floors. 4 storeys, 2-window range. Doorway in reeded architrave with panelled rebates, and inserted window with flat arched head to its right; passage entry to left. 4-pane sash windows to first floor, 12 and 16-pane sashes to second floor with continuous sill band, 1 and 2 pane sashes to third storey, all with flat arched plastered heads.

Forms part of a group at the S end of Hall Street.
