Parchmarks visible on an air photograph (RP 541 RAF 59 9 June 1948) of ridge NW of Cringoed Farm, Llanbrynmair sent to CPAT by Mr James Grasby, National Trust Wessex. A complex of enclosures is visible, suggestive of an Iron Age farm or settlement (Grasby, J, pers. comm.).

Parchmarks suggestive of a sub-circular enclosure at NW, possibly a hillfort, but also possibly a motte & bailey or geological feature. Some of the parchmarks may be pre-enclosure field boundaries (Martin, C pers. comm.).
