Tyddyn Morgan lies in the community of Abergele in the county of Conwy. It is located at Ordnance Survey national grid reference SH93667650. The mine is recorded in the CPAT Historic Environment Record as number 18213 and this number should be quoted in all correspondence.

Geology
Carboniferous Limestone.

Workings
Two shafts appear in the field to the south of the Castell Cawrhillfort at SH93807650 and SH93707645, to the north-east of Tyddyn Morgan Farm. Haematite and galena were apparently worked in this area.
